Our Satisfaction Promise. 

Thank you for your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your Agnes & Dora purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or credit (shipping fees are not included unless the item is damaged, in which case Agnes & Dora will cover shipping charges). This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items.


If you need to return or exchange they can do so through this process: 


- Order Number 

- What the product issue is (damaged, doesn't fit, doesn't like)

- Address to ship item out to

  • If the product is damaged Agnes & Dora will pay the return shipping and create a return shipping label
  • We ask that you ship the item back in its original state.
  • If/When the item passes inspection a credit is issued in the form of a store coupon.
